Potter County Sheriffs Made Arrests Tuesday For Burglary, Failure To Register & Criminal Trespass
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 26-year-old Davionne Latrell Black Tuesday morning at 9:55 in the 2700 block of I-40 West for Criminal Trespass. Deputies arrested Danielle Javar Daniel, are 45 Tuesday at 9:20am in the 200 block of Southeast 3rd for Failure to Comply and Register as a Sex Offender. Bond was set at $500 for 39-year-old Joseph Joshua Elizalde who was arrested Tuesday at 5:47pm for Burglary of a Habitation and a JP Charge.
Potter County Deputies arrested 70-year-old Victor Guzman Tuesday at 2:45pm in the 1600 block of North Arthur for Failure to Comply and Register as a Sex Offender. Sheriffs arrested Joanna Sue Magill, age 53 Tuesday at Park Place and Washington for a Parole Violation.
Tuesday at 7:29pm, Deputies arrested 59-year-old Cudberto Ramirez Medrano at Southeast 27th and Eagle Point for Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or more Offense.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 41-year-old Samuel Ray Weaver Tuesday morning at 3:15 at Southwest 2nd and Florida for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and a City Charge, bond was set at $3,500. Bond was set at $17,000 for 24-year-old Nicholas Michael Morales, Junior who was arrested Tuesday morning at 3:07 for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence and two Out-of-County Charges. PCSO arrested 57-year-old Sean Langschwager Tuesday afternoon at 6 in the 1300 block of Hillcrest for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member.
