Potter County Sheriffs Made Arrests Monday For DWI, Theft & Tampering With Evidence
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 23-year-old Isaiah Eugene Buchanan Monday night at 11:26 in the 2700 block of South Grand for Tampering with an Electronic Monitoring Device and a Parole Violation.
Potter County Detention Center inmate Christopher Anthony Aleman, age 33 was charged Monday with Abandoning and Endangering a Child by Reckless Criminal Neglect. P-C-D-C inmate James Michael Bilbrey, age 38 was charged Monday with Theft of Property between $100 and $750. Bond was set at $10,000 for Madison Leigh David, age 37 who was arrested Monday morning at 2:05 in the 2500 block of Elmwood for Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or more offense.
Potter County Deputies arrested 25-year-old Alexander Bryce Evans Monday morning at 2:30 in the 1600 block of Cleveland for Evading Arrest and a City Charge, bond was assessed at $3,500. Sheriffs arrested Michael Gonzalez, age 30 Monday at 4am in the 5900 block of I-40 East for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2 and Driving While License is Invalid with a Previous Suspension or Conviction, bond was assessed at $4,500. Monday afternoon at 2:45, PCSO arrested 33-year-old Julian Herrera in the 2600 block of Buchanan for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family or Household Member, Theft of a Firearm, Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and a City Charge. P-C-D-C inmate Ryan Lynn Koehler, age 48 was charged Monday with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 71-year-old Johnny Ray Moore Monday at 10am in the 900 block of South Polk for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, bond was set at $25,000. Potter County Detention Center inmate Luke David Mackey, age 31 of Fritch was charged Monday with Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or more offense. Deputies arrested Marie Rene Ortez, age 40 Monday night at 11:34 in the 2700 block of South Grand for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of a known Felon. PCSO arrested 39-year-old Elizabeth Remler Monday at 6:10pm in the 600 block of South Travis for Continuous Violence Against a Family Member.
Potter County Sheriffs Monday charged Deaf Smith County inmate Joel Nicolas Sauceda, age 24 of Vernon with Continuous Violence Against a Family Member. Deputies arrested 53-year-old Leslie Sabelle Solomon Monday at 8:15pm in the 500 block of South Harrison for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Monday morning at 11, Sheriffs arrested 49-year-old Jason Roy Vassar in the 500 block of South Fillmore for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Bond was set at $6,500 for 37-year-old Ashley Rhea Woolley who was arrested Monday at 12:05am in the 1000 block of North Western for Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense and three JP Charges.
