Potter County Sheriffs Made Arrests Wednesday For Drugs, Trespass & A Parole Violation
Potter County Sheriffs arrested Cody William Bolton, age 43 Wednesday at 11am in the 2000 block of Paramount for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, Unlawfully Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Deadly Conduct by Discharging at Firearm.
Deputies arrested 48-year-old Jerome Bowman Wednesday at 6:15pm in the 2800 block of Southwest 6th for Criminal Trespass and a City Charge. PCSO arrested Cory Chase Brooks-Rendon Wednesday morning at 3:30 in the 1700 block of South Western for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Sheriffs arrested Julian Zamora Chavarria, age 69 Wednesday at 2pm in the 500 block of North Florida for a Parole Violation.
Potter County Deputies arrested Dylan Justin Dosher, age 31 Wednesday at 9:07pm at North Western and Brickplant Road for Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or more offense. Potter County Detention Center inmate Dayton Cruz Estrada, age 23 was charged Wednesday with Aggravated Robbery. Deputies arrested Lisa Marie Flores, age 38 Wednesday at 6:15pm in the 2800 block of Southwest 6th for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, Criminal Trespass and a City Charge. PCSO arrested 39-year-old Jose Cruz Gardea of Tucumcari Wednesday morning at 4:10 at Southwest 9th and Jackson for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense, bond was set at $7,500.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 20-year-old Nicholas Albert Johnson Wednesday at 10:10pm in the 2500 block of Walnut for Criminal Trespass of a Habitation or Shelter. Deputies arrested Elton Jermain Jones, age 52 Wednesday at 3:26am in the 1400 block of Amarillo Blvd-East for Theft of Property between $750 and $2,500 and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, bond was assessed at $7,000.
Bond was set at $2,000 for 52-year-old Dustin Wayne Melton who was arrested by PCSO Wednesday at 6:50am in the 3700 block of Southeast 27th for Gambling Promotion. Potter County arrested Cody Lane Perez, age 28 Wednesday morning at 12:20 in the 1900 block of Bell for Driving While Intoxicated, bond was set at $2,000.
Potter County Deputies arrested Katharine Ashley Roach, age 43 Wednesday at 2pm in the 1900 block of Gregory for Theft of Property greater than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. Potter County Detention Center inmate Austin Alexander Savage, age 34 was charged Wednesday with Publishing or Threating to Public Intimate Visual Material, b done was set at $5,000. Potter County S.O. arrested 40-year-old Jason Ray Silva Wednesday morning at 10:20 in the 200 block of Southeast 3rd for Failure to Comply and Register as a Sex Offender.
Wednesday morning at 10:17, Deputies arrested 61-year-old Naomi Matilda Tenorio in the 2300 block of Spruce for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.
