Randall County Sheriffs Made Arrests Tuesday For Public Intoxication, Drugs & Assault
Randall County Sheriffs arrested 24-year-old Feisal Omar Salah Tuesday morning at 12:22 for Public Intoxication and a Bicycle with no White Front Light, bond was set at $544. Deputies arrested Mangistu Jok Aher Jongkor, age 31 Tuesday at 11:55am for Continuous Violence Against a Family Member, Disregarding a Red Signal Light, no Car Insurance and no Driver’s License, bond was assessed at $1,500. 53-year-old Michael Dwaine Fowler was arrested Tuesday at 3:08pm for two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, bond was set at $1,000. Randall County arrested 50-year-old Lal Mohammad Waziri Tuesday night at 11:45 for Driving While License is Invalid, two counts of no Car Insurance, Changing Lanes When Unsafe, Display of Expired License Plates, bond was set at $2,273.
Randall County Deputies arrested Mario Douglas Lara, age 30 Tuesday at 5:53pm for Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Person and five counts of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact or Rape. RCSO picked up 40-year-old Rigoberto Son Gutierrez Tuesday evening at 6 on a Federal Hold. Sheriffs arrested Santiago Hernandez, age 40 Tuesday at 7:04pm for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle. Tuesday evening at 7:37, Deputies arrested 49-year-old Cornell Eugene Jones for Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Person by Reckless Behavior.
