Dumas City Council To Meet Tuesday
The Dumas City Commission will meet Tuesday at 11:30am in Chambers at 124 East 7th Street. The Commission will consider the 2026/2027 Annual Budget, the 2026 Ad Valorem Tax Rate, the extension of a Bank Depository agreement with Happy State Bank, actions on the Farmer’s Market, discuss a request from the Dumas Economic Development Corporation to remove insurance coverages on the building at 110 Success Blvd, an interlocal agreement with the Moore county Hospital and an Effluent Water Supply agreement with Diamond Shamrock/Valero. The Commission will consider a fire hose replacement purchase, a golf course equipment purchase, the purchase of a sprinklers at the Golf Course, awarding golf shop management contract and consider a retail shopping center. They will also hear reports from the City Staff, City Manager and Commissioners, there will also be a time for public comments.
