Randall County Sheriffs Made Arrests Thursday for Drugs, Theft & Unlawful Restraint
Randall County Sheriffs arrested Andrew Jacob Chavez, age 31 Wednesday at 1:40pm for Driving While License is Invalid with a Previous Conviction/Suspension and Speeding, bond was set at $3,500. Deputies arrested 43-year-old Ed Dean Jagers Thursday afternoon at 5:59 for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and Online Solicitation of a Minor. RCSO arrested 41-year-old Abel Delacruz Flores Wednesday at 6:02pm for Theft of Property between $100 and $750. 42-year-old Amber Michelle Luther was taken into custody by Randall County Wednesday at 7:34pm for a Federal Hold.
Randall County Deputies arrested 19-year-old Noah Gilbert Cuellar Wednesday night at 8:38 for two counts of Unlawful Restraint of a Person under the age of 17. Randall County S.O. arrested Brayden James Bryan, age 18 Wednesday at 9:31pm for Unlawful Restraint of a Person under the age of 17. Deputies arrested 28-year-old Mitchell Burke Naylor Wednesday night at 9:45 for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 between 4 and 200 grams.
