Missing Dumas Woman Found Dead Near Lake Meredith
The Dumas Police Department says Briana Curran who was last seen Wednesday was found dead by a family member Friday morning near Lake Meredith.
Curran – who lived in Dumas – was last seen around 1 p.m. Wednesday at a store in Dumas. According to reports, she was reported missing after failing to meet her husband who was to take her to a doctor’s appointment in Amarillo
Though details regarding the investigation are still forthcoming, officials close to the case say foul play is not suspected.
