Potter County Grand Jury Indicts Three For Felony Murder
The Amarillo Police Department Homicide Unit on Wednesday presented the murder investigation involving the shooting death of George Glen Eggleston, 61, to the Potter County Grand Jury.
Following the presentation, the Grand Jury returned indictments for Felony Murder against 48-year-odl Tabitha Pauline Thrasher, 20-year-old Christian Anthony Matthew Eaglin and 41-year-old Clyde Andrew Casey Jr.
All three individuals were initially arrested and charged with Aggravated Robbery in connection with the investigation.
Thrasher was taken into custody in Amarillo. Eaglin was apprehended in the Dallas area, and Casey was located and arrested in the Houston area. All three defendants are currently being held in the Potter County Detention Center.
