Randall County Sheriffs Made Arrests Monday For Assault, Drugs & Traffic Violations
Randall County Deputies arrested 31-year-old Michael Sal Munoz Monday at 12:56am for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member, two counts of Morals and Decency Class-C and Public Intoxication, bond was set at $11,500. RSO arrested Jeffrey Allon Goodman Monday morning at 6:06 for Driving While License is Invalid and Possession of a Dangerous Drug, bond was set at $20,930. Bond was set at $535 for 25-year-old Daquelin Ray Carruthers who was arrested Monday at 7:37am for Assault on a Pregnant Woman, Traffic Offense Class-C and no Car Insurance. Randall County S.O. arrested 51-year-old Mitchell Alan Surtees Monday at 7:44am for two counts of Driving While License is Invalid, two counts of Display of Expired License Plates, two counts of no Car Insurance, two counts of Expired Driver’s License, bond was assessed at $3,364.
Randall County Sheriffs arrested Jonathon Jerome President, age 45 Monday at 10:25am for Evading Arrest, Resisting Arrest and Traffic Offense Class-C, bond was set at $3,500. Deputies arrested 38-year-old Sharlie Charrene Ruth Roten Monday at 12:15pm for Parent Contributing to Truancy, three counts of no Car Insurance, Failure to Appear, five counts of Driving While License is Invalid, Traffic Offense Class-C, bond was set at $5,210. RSO arrested 19-year-old Malina Anae Ramirez Monday at 12:24pm for Violation of Continuing Obligation to Appear and no Car Insurance, bond was set at $489. Bond was set at $1,000 for 23-year-old Katelyn Dianne Creek who was arrested by Randall County Monday at 12:57pm for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Expired Registration.
Randall County Deputies arrested Gabriel Michael Graff, age 22 Monday at 6pm for Public Intoxication, bond was assessed at $299.
45-year-old Bobby Joseph Hernandez was arrested by Randall County Monday at 6:22pm for two counts of Driving While License is Invalid, four counts of no Car Insurance, Operating an Unregistered Vehicle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, bond was set at $3,002.
Bond was set at $500 for 44-year-old Katherine Jean Kilpatrick who was arrested by RSO Monday at 7:26pm for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information and Traffic Offense Class-C. Randall County S.O. arrested 61-year-old Stevie Preston Dean Monday at 7:37pm for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, bond was set at $500.

Bond was set at $2,000 for Robert Erik Estrada, age 47 Monday night at 10:20 for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, Driving with an Invalid License with a Previous Conviction or Suspension and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Randall County S.O. arrested 40-year-old Krystal Marie Herrera Monday at 10:43pm for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.
