Potter County Sheriffs Made Thursday Arrests For Drugs, Assault & Theft Of Property
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 42-year-old Marlin Jim Cross, the fourth Thursday morning at 10:47 at I-40-West and Karen for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and Driving with an Invalid License with a previous suspension and conviction. Deputies arrested Matthew Logan Gafford, age 34 Thursday at 5:30am in the 1900 block of South Roosevelt for Organized Retail Theft between $750 and $2,500, bond was set at $5,000. PCSO arrested 24-year-old Colby Iris Hale Thursday at 8:30pm in the 100 block of South Austin for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Sheriffs arrested David A. Hernandez-Martinez, age 39 Thursday at 9am in the 900 block of South Polk for Criminal Mischief between $750 and $2,500.
Potter County Deputies arrested 27-year-old Daquadrey Keyton Hill Thursday at 9:30am in the 500 block of South Fillmore for Assault Violation on a Family or Household Member 2 or more times within a 12-month period. Bond was set at $8,500 for 18-year-old Valeria Sarai Leon who was arrested Thursday at 12:04am for Assault on a Peace Officer/Judge and Driving While Intoxicated. Potter County arrested Jerry Allen Loveday, age 34 Thursday at 9:30pm in the 4000 block of Rose Drive for Robbery. 66-year-old Michael Manning was arrested by PCSO Thursday afternoon at 12:02 in the 800 block of North Fillmore for Criminal Trespass.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 60-year-old Jeffrey Wayne Mason Thursday at 4am at I-40 and Georgia for three Out-Of-County Charges, bond was set at $10,000. Deputies arrested Kevin Todd Pavillard, age 42 Thursday at 8pm in the 2100 block of Paramount for Theft of Property between $750 and $2,500, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Failure to Identify by Giving False Information. Potter County S.O. arrested Daun Marie Rectenwald, age 44 of Oklahoma City Thursday at 8:30am at Northeast 24th and Oak for two counts of Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Thursday afternoon at 2, Deputies arrested 33-year-old Joel Jonathon Salinas in the 500 block of South Fillmore for Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or More Offense.
Potter County Deputies arrested 49-year-old Zachariah Reaugh Stephenson Thursday at 11:51am at US 287 and Mobley Drive for Criminal Trespass. 38-year-old Susan Macia Thompson was arrested by PCSO Thursday at 5:36am in the 900 block of South Virginia for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member and an ICE Hold, bond was set at $2,000. PCSO Officers arrested 20-year-old Damian Valdovinos of Carlsbad, New Mexico Thursday at 1:30am and Southeast 14th and Grand for Falsification of a Drug Test, bond was set at $1,000. Bond was set at $1,500 for 57-year-old Chanh Vantavong who was arrested Thursday morning at 12:18 in the 1600 block of Goldenrod for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.

Deputies arrested Charles Allen Wolske, age 48 Thursday at 4:50pm in the 3600 block of Amarillo Blvd-East for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Potter County Detention Center inmate Israel Dominique Zamora, age 27 was charged Thursday with a Parole Violation.
