Potter County Commissioners Court To Meet Monday
The Potter County Commissioners Court will meet Monday at 9am in the Courtroom at 350 Southeast 6th, Suite 2141. Their Agenda Items Include: a report from the Office of Emergency Management regarding the “Stinky” Fire recovery operations and to review an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Amarillo authorizing the solicitation of a Request for Proposals for debris management services. They will also consider an IPAD Purchase for the JP Court, setting and approving the Sheriff and Constable fees for 2027, a property swap involving 1900 Line Ave and property on Bowie Street as it pertains to County Insurance, the Court will discuss Jail Overcrowding, Surplus Property, Vehicle Fixed Asset and County Fleet Update and Rack Work at the Detention Center. They will also hear the normal monthly department reports and have a time for Public Comments.
