Potter County Sheriffs Made Arrests Tuesday For Theft, DWI & Evading Arrest
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 49-year-old Matthew DeWayne Adams Tuesday morning at 12:25 in the 1700 block of South Ross for Theft of Property between $750 and $2,500 and an Out-Of-County Charge, bond was set at $500. Deputies arrested 36-year-old Ashton Andrew Burns Tuesday at 8:15am in the 2200 block of South Western for Driving While Intoxicated. 39-year-old Daniel Ross Gallagher was arrested by PCSO Tuesday at 7:09pm in the 300 block of Amarillo Blvd East for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and a Parole Violation. Tuesday morning at 2:02, Deputies arrested 28-year-old Homero Gallegos, Junior in the 1900 block of I-40 East for Driving While Intoxicated, bond was set at $1,500.
Potter County Deputies arrested 18-year-old Sebastian Gallegos Tuesday night at 9:48 in the 8600 block of River Road for Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Person, bond was set at $2,000. Tuesday night at 10, Potter County Sheriffs arrested 30-year-old Morris Sonny Gladden, Junior in the 1800 block of South Washington for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Deputies arrested Oscar Gonzales, Junior age 47 Tuesday at 6:35pm in the 6700 block of Montclair for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. PCSO arrested 46-year-old Eric Alan Hernandez Tuesday at 10:01am in the 1000 block of South Georgia for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of a Known Felon and a Out-Of-County Charge. Potter County arrested 58-year-old Dimas Vaquera Zuniga Tuesday at 4:10pm at Southwest 3rd and Jefferson for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and an Out-Of-County Charge, bond was set at $40,000.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 18-year-old Kanhon Kouprasith, Tuesday at 6:05pm in the 1300 block of South Western for Possession of Marijuana. Bond was set at $30,000 for 52-year-old Byron Devall Laury who was arrested by PCSO Tuesday at 1:45am in the 4000 block of East 13th for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and Manufacture and Deliver of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2 between 200 grams and 400 grams. Tuesday afternoon at 1:44, Deputies arrested 21-year-old Kristian Alexander Llamas at Southeast 10th and Philadelphia for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon and a City Charge. Deputies arrested 35-year-old Mikel Jubile McClellan Tuesday morning at 12:20 at Amarillo Blvd and McMasters for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and two JP Charges, bond was assessed at $3,500.

Sheriffs arrested 52-year-old Wendy Bell Ruiz Tuesday at 8:33pm on North Bryan Street for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and a City Charge. Bond was set at $14,000 for 19-year-old Seven Korday Stevens who was arrested Tuesday at 9:56pm in the 3900 block of Southeast 12th for Evading Arrest, Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and two counts of Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. Potter County S.O. arrested Jennifer Lea Velasquez, age 45 Tuesday at 12noon in the 1000 block of South Georgia for Failure to Identify As A Fugitive By Giving False Information and two Out-of-County Charges. Potter County Sheriffs arrested Elijah Lee Walton, age 28 Tuesday at 3am in the 4000 block of Southeast 13th for Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, Resisting Arrest and a City Charge, bond was set at $2,500.
