Potter County Sheriffs Made Arrests Wednesday For Drugs, Tampering & DWI
Potter County arrested Javier Delgado, age 39 Wednesday at 3:29pm at Amarillo Blvd and Garfield for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2. Deputies arrested 59-year-old Wesley DeWayne Dixon Wednesday at 3:15pm in the 800 block of North Manhattan for Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence. 33-year-old Miguel Angel Flores-Resendiz of Sorrento. Louisiana was arrested by PCSO Wednesday morning at 2:04 at I-40 and Lake for Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense. Potter County arrested 19-year-old Elijah Rey Garcia Wednesday at 12:25am in the 1400 block of North Lincoln for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2 and Driving While Intoxicated, bond was set at $7,000.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested Arie Renee Lopez, age 22 Wednesday at 5am in the 2100 block of South Buchanan for Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, bond was set at $20,000. Deputies arrested Victor Manuel Maldonado-Mata, age 31 Wednesday morning at 11:09 in the 200 block of McMasters for Possession of Marijuana and an ICE Hold. Bond was set at $1,000 for 46-year-old Sheikh Mohamed Osman who was arrested by PCSO Wednesday morning at 8:31 in the 1500 block of Coulter for Criminal Trespass. Potter County arrested Ukobe K. Peterson, age 23 Wednesday morning at in the 900 block of South Polk for Possession of Marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds, bond was set at $7,000.
Potter County Deputies arrested 42-year-old Johnny Boun Phommavong Wednesday morning at 12:51 at Northeast 13th and Columbine for Possession of a Dangerous Drug, bond was set at $1,500. Bond was set at $2,000 for Erika Rosha Robinson, age 45 who was arrested by PCSO Wednesday morning at 2:24 in the 1000 block of South Travis for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Potter County arrested 38-year-old Tiffany Renee Sandoval Wednesday at 10:31am at Southeast 24th and Manhattan for Driving While License is Invalid with a Previous Suspension or Conviction. Wednesday afternoon at 5:48, PCSO booked into custody 43-year-old Justin Jay Shepherd on Charges of Collision Involving Death in connection with a fatal accident Sunday at Georgia and Julian Blvd.

Deputies arrested 54-year-old Johnny Belinda Stiger Wednesday evening at 6:46 in the 300 block of Hickory for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Wednesday at 4:05pm PCSO arrested 39-year-old Joshua Rodolfo Urioste in the 3900 block of I-40 East for Assault on a Family or Household Member by Impeding Breathing or Circulation. Potter County Deputies arrested 18-year-old Aziah Zapata Wednesday morning at 9:26 in the 1500 block of Garfield for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2.
