Potter County Sheriffs Made Tuesday Arrests for Robbery, Drugs and DWI
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 18-year-old Tido Cephas Aguirre Tuesday at 10:38am in the 200 block of Southeast 3rd for Aggravated Robbery and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. Deputies arrested Brent Andrew Ballinger, age 42 Tuesday at 8:36pm at Loop 335 and Western for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, Resisting Arrest and a JP Charge, bond was set at $7,000. 43-year-old Natalie LaCole Brown was arrested by PCSO Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 in the 900 block of South Polk for Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or more offense.
Sheriffs arrested Kevin Fermin Cardonet-Torres, age 26 Tuesday morning at 4:11 in the 1400 block of Northeast 15th and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.
Potter County Deputies arrested Jose Ramirez Cuellar, age 53 Tuesday at 12noon in the 1900 block of South Bell for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and a City Charge. Sheriffs arrested 45-year-old Brian Dellosso, Junior Tuesday at 10am in the 900 block of South Polk for Driving While Intoxicated. Bond was set at $2,000 for 17-year-old David Eh who was arrested by Potter County Tuesday at 12:45am at Northeast 24th and North Hill for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. Deputies arrested Rigoberto Alfonso Gonzalez, the second age 19 Tuesday at 7:25pm at Northeast 9th and Grand for two counts of Aggravated Robbery.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 39-year-old Amber Nichole Henson Tuesday at 2:50pm at Northwest 7th and Washington for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. 46-year-old Brandy Dianne Jones was arrested by PCSO Tuesday at 2:05pm at 9th and Fillmore for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2. Tuesday morning at 10:16, Potter County Arrested 19-year-old Cristian Mathias Olave-Ramos in the 1600 block of North Roberts for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2. Deputies arrested 20-year-old Erick Ramirez Tuesday afternoon at 5:32 in the 400 block of Adams for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2.

Bond was set at $500 for 30-year-old Anthony Daniell Rico who was arrested by Potter County Tuesday at 7:11pm in the 5100 block of I-40-East for Criminal Trespass. Deputies arrested Carl DeMarcus Rinehart, age 18 Tuesday at 6:25am in the 1900 block of Howard for Assault on a Pregnant Woman, bond was set at $20,000. PCSO arrested 33-year-old Rodolfo Corral Rodriguez, Junior Tuesday at 7:40am in the 200 block of North Polk for Criminal Trespass.

Sheriffs arrested 66-year-old Herman Sylvester Scott Tuesday at 8:50pm in the 1300 block of Southwest 16th for Indecency With a Child by Exposure. Deputies arrested Jermaine Jayshon Starling, age 19 Tuesday at 11am in the 200 block of Southeast 3rd for Aggravated Robbery and Engaging In Organized Criminal Activity. Bond was set at $40,000 for 40-year-old Anthony Tey Telles who was arrested by PCSO Tuesday at 1:30pm in the 200 block of Willow Creek for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and a City Charge
